  11. Everyone can use one or two of these regularly and all of them
  12. occasionally.  Can be used as a single program or load each module in a
  13. separate window for fast switching between other programs.  To prevent
  14. excess use of Windows resources, each module shares the software engine
  15. that drives them all.

  17. LOAN/LEASE can be a personal tool to decide which mortgage, loan or lease
  18. is best for you or a business tool to give comparisons to potential
  19. customers for leasing.  Comparisons can be printed in total or by group.
  20. Either Principal, number of payments, interest rate, or payment can be
  21. found by entering the other three.  Examples: Find the actual interest
  22. rate you are paying on your lease.  Find how much you can borrow if you
  23. limit your payments to five hundred dollars a month.  Residuals and
  24. buyouts.  Make, maintain, and print an amortization of your mortgage,
  25. loan, or lease.  Experiment with larger payments each month or changing
  26. the interest rate.

  29. teaspoons are in a tablespoon anyway?

  31. REMINDERS, tickler, date sensitive reminders pop up when you load Handy
  32. Stuff and reminder is current, make new entries all day as you work.
  33. Don't forget: to return phone calls, to check up on that software you
  34. ordered, to get your car maintenance done, your dentist appointment (well
  35. ok, don't use it for that), and any other date you don't want to forget.

  37. addresses, and phone numbers with birthdays, call back dates, and
  38. historical notes for each.  Every entry can belong to multiple groups
  39. (Examples:  christmas cards - relatives - friends - soccer team -
  40. business prospects - business customers - etc).  Auto-dialer with a
  41. modem.  Print lists and labels of all, or by a selected group.  Make an
  42. export file to use with a word processor for a mail merge.
